1. Bhoo Lokam : from the Atmosphere surrounding Earth upto the extent of Earth's Gravitational Influence - This Lokam is populated by Jeevaathmas of Ancestors who still harbour some unfulfilled wishes , waiting for their descendents to fulfill Their wishes. This is especially true upto one year after the demise of The Pithru Dev.

2. Bhuvar Lokam : This is the extent of our Universe upto Kuiper's Belt - includes our Star Soorya Dev , Chandra and Planets . This is where Pithrus await Judgment where They should be settled .

3. Suvar Lokam : This includes our own Milky Way Galaxy = Paala Puntha in Telugu ; Akaash Ganga Maarg ; Kaashi-Raameswaram North-South Corridor - world of Gandharvas,Kinneras , Kimpurushas , Ashtta Vasus etc.

4. Mahar Lokam : Land of Great People waiting for entry into more Holy Places. Includes other galaxies , edge of visible Universe, Dark Matter , Black Holes etc

5. Jano Lokam - Beyond Visible Universe - Majority of our Ancestors , who have undergone final judgment , stay here. But still there is the possibility for Ancestors of Lokams one to five to be born again .

6. Thapo Lokam : Ancestors have attained salvation; They are now Thapasvis, Rushis , Munis etc.

7. Sathya Lokam , Vaikhunttam , Kailaasam are Lokams of Brahma , Vishnu , and Shiva - Shakthi - Ancestors are now Part of Supreme Paraa Brahman Paramaathma, having attained PariNirvaaNa.
